Q: HOW TO ORDER?

Add to Cart your orders. Quantity may be adjusted from the Cart. Proceed to Check Out. Settle payment. Payment instructions indicated upon Check Out.

For personalized accessories, email details at orders@madelokalbymelissa.com.

No minimum required order except for genuine leather items and if with special requests (request for customized color, logo engraving, etc.)

Q: WHERE DO I SEND MY ENGRAVING REQUEST?

Send the engraving details via email within 24 hours. Email: orders@madelokalbymelissa.com.

If no details has been received, we will proceed in shipping the item/s with NO name/engraving.

Send the following details:
(1). Products name and/or color
(2). Name to be engraved
(3). Font style or Monogram Style (whichever is applicable). Refer to product photos

Free name engraving. We use LASER to engrave on our items. No foil or ink. 

Engraving lead time is 5 to 7 days; Peak season (November-December) expect 10 to 15 days.

Q: WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payments may be settled via --

  • Fund transfers / bank deposits (GCash, GrabPay, BDO, and BPI)
  • Credit/Debit card payment

Q: HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

For orders placed via our website, shipping rates start at PhP 80 for Metro Manila, and PhP 120 for outside Metro Manila/provincial areas.

Q: WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PERIOD?

For website orders, we use J&T courier -- Metro Manila deliveries is estimate of 2 to 3 days upon ship out, except during December. Provincial deliveries usually take >5 days depending on location.

Note that we use 3rd party courier service, and we DO NOT have any control over the delivery process including delivery schedule.

Q: DO YOU HAVE SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE?

Engraving Lead time will still be followed. Grab/Lalamove/Mr. Speedy/Toktok delivery may be arranged by client. Client shoulders delivery fee. Choose Pick Up as Delivery Method upon Check Out.

Q: ARE YOUR SHOES TRUE TO SIZE? DO YOU HAVE HALF SIZES?

Shoes are generally true to size. For wide feet, we suggest to size up (+1).

For half sizes with wide feet, round off to next size. 

 



Q: DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

We no longer have a physical store. All orders are to be placed via our online stores. Items may be picked up from our shop in Marikina.

We have a small manufacturing shop but we do not have a showroom or visitor's area. We can only accommodate ocular visit to validate legitimacy of business.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGE?

Yes. For Shoes -- terms and conditions apply. Please notify us within 3 calendar days upon receipt of item/s.

Return shoes within 7 calendar days. Please neatly pack the shoes back in its box. If we used a bubblewrap, please reuse it to wrap the shoes. Put a note inside the box with your details including your Facebook/Instagram/Shopee/Lazada username.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Please notify us upon receipt of item/s if there is a miss on our part or if the item is damaged. We will replace the wrong or damaged item/s. 

Shipping/delivery fees are shouldered by client.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT BULK OR CORPORATE ORDERS?

Yes, company logos and wedding monograms may be engraved. Please email us at inquiry@madelokalbymelissa.com

Q: DO YOU HAVE SHOPEE, and LAZADA STORES?

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Terms and Conditions:

1. Item/s for replacement must be in good condition and/or unused.

2. Shipping/delivery fees to and fro are to be shouldered by client.

3. Request for return and exchange, and reason must be received by Made Lokal by Melissa within 2 calendar days upon date of receipt.

4. Item must be returned/shipped back within 7 calendar days after notification. 

Items should be properly wrapped. For shoes, it must be placed on its box or use a box to protect the use. If there is a bubblewrap, please reuse it as well.

5. Shoe replacement must be of the same style. In case exact item is out of stock, client may choose from other items.

6. Price difference of items plus corresponding shipping/delivery fees are to be settled by client prior to shipping of the replacement.

7. Shipment of the new item/s shall be made only after the initial ordered item/s has been received by Made Lokal by Melissa.

8. Returned items that are deemed used such as there is a sign of usage, and/or if the items were mishandled such as poor packaging that caused for it to be distorted etc., request for exchange cannot be accommodated.

9. Made Lokal by Melissa will only shoulder the cost of items wrongfully sent or items with damages during production.

10. Refund may only be given if Made Lokal by Melissa was not able to deliver the item/s within the agreed period of time.
