Q: HOW TO ORDER?

Add to Cart, then proceed to Cart to Check Out. Please refer to payment instructions upon Check Out.

Q: WHERE DO I SEND MY ENGRAVING REQUEST?
Send the engraving details via chat within 24 hours. Messenger button is located at the lower right hand corner of your screen. If no details has been received, we will proceed in shipping the item/s with NO name/engraving.

Send the following details:
(1). Products name and/or color
(2). Name to be engraved
(3). Font style. Refer to product photos
Example:
Alcohol Holders:
Bronze - Melissa - Cursive
Gold - Melissa - Sans Serif

No limit on characters. We can adjust font size. Logos may be engraved, minimum of 6 orders.

We do use LASER to engrave on our items. No foil or ink. Color of font varies as it depend on the reaction of the material on the engraving process. Font color outcome is most often black, sometimes grayish/brownish. ie. if the material is black, font color will still be black

Engraving lead time is 5-7 days, except during peak season (November-December)

Q: WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payments may be settled via

  • Fund transfers and bank deposits through GCash, PayMaya, BDO, and BPI
  • Credit/Debit card payment accepted in our website.

Q: HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?
For orders placed through our website, shipping rates start at PhP 80 for Metro Manila, and PhP 120 for outside Metro Manila/provincial areas.

Q: WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PERIOD?

For orders placed via Shopee, and Lazada, refer to delivery estimate period upon check out.

Note that we use 3rd party courier service, and we DO NOT have any control over the delivery process including delivery schedule.

Q: DO YOU HAVE SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE?

For personalized items, engraving lead time will still be followed in personalizing your order.

Grab/Lalamove/Mr. Speedy/Toktok delivery may be arranged. Delivery fee is shouldered by buyer. Please send us a message.

Q: ARE YOUR SHOES TRUE TO SIZE? DO YOU HAVE HALF SIZES?
Shoes are generally true to size. For wide feet, we suggest to size up (+1).

For half sizes with wide feet, round off to next size. If with narrow feet, might be advisable to get a size lower. ie. for size 7.5, if wide feet, get a size 8; if with narrow feet, get a size 7.

 



Q: DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We no longer have a physical location. All orders are to be placed online. Items may be picked up from our shop in Marikina.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGE?
Yes. Applicable to shoes only. Terms and conditions apply. Please notify us within 3 calendar days upon receipt of item/s.

Return shoes within 7 calendar days. We request please to neatly pack the shoes back in its box. If we used a bubblewrap, please reuse it to wrap the shoes. Put a note inside the box with your details including your Facebook/Instagram/Shopee/Lazada username.

Shipping/delivery fees are shouldered by client.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Please notify us upon receipt of item/s if there is a miss on our part or if the item is damaged. We will replace the wrong or damaged item/s. 


Q: DO YOU ACCEPT BULK OR CORPORATE ORDERS?
Yes, company logos and wedding monograms may be engraved. Please email us at inquiry@madelokalbymelissa.com

MOQ is required. Minimum order will depend on the complexity and size of design. Message us!

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Terms and Conditions:

1. Item/s for replacement must be in good condition and/or unused.

2. Shipping/delivery fees to and fro are to be shouldered by client.

3. Request for return and exchange, and reason must be received by Made Lokal by Melissa within 2 calendar days upon date of receipt.

4. Item must be returned/shipped back within 7 calendar days after notification.

5. Shoe replacement must be of the same style. In case exact item is out of stock, client may choose from other items.

6. Price difference of items plus corresponding shipping/delivery fees are to be settled by client prior to shipping of the replacement.

7. Shipment of the new item/s shall be made only after the initial ordered item/s has been received by Made Lokal by Melissa.

8. Returned shoes that are deemed used, such as there is a sign of usage, request for exchange may be waived.

9. Made Lokal by Melissa will only shoulder the cost of items wrongfully sent or items with damages during production.

10. Refund may only be given if Made Lokal by Melissa was not able to deliver the item/s within the agreed period of time.
