Q: HOW TO ORDER via our website?
① Add to Cart your orders. Quantity may be adjusted from the Cart
② Proceed to Check Out.
- Settle payment (payment options indicated)
- Choose Delivery Method (regular courier / Self Pick Up / Grab / Lalamove)
③ For personalized accessories, send details via email: email@example.com, or indicate in the Instruction box in 'Your cart' page --
No minimum order required except for genuine leather items, if with logo engraving, other preferred color requests, etc.
For Shopee / Lazada orders: same process of adding items to cart and proceeding to Check Out. Send engraving details via platform's chat box within 24 hours, otherwise we will send items with no engraving.

Q: WHERE DO I SEND MY ENGRAVING REQUEST? WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?
Send the engraving details within 24 hours through the Instructions Box in 'Your cart' page. or via email: email@example.com
For Shopee / Lazada orders: Send engraving details via platform's chat box.
Important: If no details has been received, we will proceed in shipping the item/s with NO name/engraving.
Send the following details:
(1). Products name and/or color
(2). Name to be engraved
(3). Font style or Monogram Style (whichever is applicable). Refer to product photos
Free name engraving. We use LASER to engrave on our items. No foil or ink.
Engraving lead time is 5 to 7 days; Peak season (November-December) expect 10 to 15 days. Lead time for bulk order will depend on quantity.
Q: CAN I CHOOSE ITEMS FOR MY GIFT SET? or ADD ITEMS FOR THE GIFT SET?
We have a Gift Set Collection for your gifting needs. If you need to add items on the pre-selected gift set, you may add to cart the item and indicate in your instruction to add it to the ordered gift set.
Likewise, if you wish to choose the items (customize contents) for your gift, you may add to cart items then add "Add on: Gift Box".

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT BULK OR CORPORATE ORDERS, DO YOU ISSUE RECEIPT?
Yes, company logos and wedding monograms may be engraved. For quotation request and to discuss item specifications, email us at email@example.com or Viber message us at 0945 450 0198 (no calls please).
We are DTI-BIR Registered with valid business permits. We are also PhilGEPS Accredited.
Q: WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
- Fund transfers / bank deposits (GCash, GrabPay, BDO, and BPI)

Q: HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?
For orders placed via our website, shipping rates start at PhP 80 for Metro Manila, and PhP 120 for outside Metro Manila/provincial areas.
Q: WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PERIOD*?
Metro Manila deliveries are estimated at 2 to 3 days upon ship out.
Provincial deliveries usually take >5 days depending on location.
Note: We use 3rd party courier service, and we DO NOT have any control over the delivery process including delivery schedule.
**stated estimate delivery date are on regular days; except during November and December when there is a surge in deliveries, or when there is calamity that may affect delivery process.
For Shopee and Lazada orders -- refer to platform's estimate delivery period.
Q: DO YOU HAVE SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE?
Engraving Lead time will still be followed. Grab/Lalamove delivery may be arranged by client. Client may also opt to pick up orders from our shop in Marikina.
Client shoulders delivery fee. Choose Pick Up as Delivery Method upon Check Out.
Q: ARE YOUR SHOES TRUE TO SIZE? DO YOU HAVE HALF SIZES?
Shoes are generally true to size. For wide feet, we suggest to size up (+1).
For half sizes with wide feet, round off to next size.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We no longer have a physical store. All orders are to be placed via our online stores. Items may be picked up from our shop in Marikina.
We have a small manufacturing shop but we do not have a showroom or visitor's area. We can only accommodate ocular visit to validate legitimacy of business.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGE?
Yes. Please refer to Returns and Exchange link at the bottom of webpage. Terms and conditions apply.
SHOES - Please notify us within 3 calendar days upon receipt of item/s. Then, return shoes within 7 calendar days.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS - Please notify us upon receipt of item/s if there is an error on our part or if the item is damaged. We will replace the wrong or damaged item/s.
