Q: HOW TO ORDER via our website?

① Add to Cart your orders. Quantity may be adjusted from the Cart

② Proceed to Check Out.

- Settle payment (payment options indicated)

- Choose Delivery Method (regular courier / Self Pick Up / Grab / Lalamove)

③ For personalized accessories, send details via email: orders@madelokalbymelissa.com, or indicate in the Instruction box in 'Your cart' page --

No minimum order required except for genuine leather items, if with logo engraving, other preferred color requests, etc.

For Shopee / Lazada orders: same process of adding items to cart and proceeding to Check Out. Send engraving details via platform's chat box within 24 hours, otherwise we will send items with no engraving.
