NAME ENGRAVING REQUESTS:
Send engraving details through the Instructions box upon Check Out or email orders@madelokalbymelissa.com. If no details has been received, we will proceed in shipping the item/s with no name/engraving.
Send the following details:
- Product Name and/or ColorÂ
- Name to be engraved
- Font style
 
Engraving lead time: 5 to 7 days. Approx. 10-14 days lead time by November to December.
IMPORTANT: We use laser to engrave on the item. No foil or ink. Engraving not too visible on dark colored material.

- For PRESCRIPTION PAD size 5.5" x 8.5" or Notepad 5"x8"
- With Free Generic Prescription Pad (30 leaves). Stethoscope NOT included
